Parfums Christian Dior Assistant Project Manager, Retail Performance

- Provide daily support to the Clienteling and Retail Operations Project Manager.
- Assist in defining and developing the clienteling strategy.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of international retail performance.
- Coordinate the deployment of new markets according to central standards.
- Support the rollout of retail transformation projects across various markets.
- Consolidate key figures for tracking retail and clienteling performance, including customer experience metrics such as NPS.
- Aid in the preparation of key communications for services and markets.
- Develop change management materials.
- Prepare presentations for project meetings and top management.
- Conduct competitive analysis on retail and clienteling innovations.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Openness, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector and customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in strategy/management consulting or luxury industry project management, particularly in retail, digital, or CRM.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business.
Exposure to an international work environment and strategic, operational, and tactical subjects, with opportunities to develop project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
