Internship Assistant Project Manager - Retail Performance

1. Support the deployment of retail transformation projects across different markets.
2. Consolidate key figures for tracking retail and clienteling performance, and assist in monitoring customer experience performance (e.g., NPS).
3. Support the creation of key communications for the service and markets.
4. Develop change management materials.
5. Assist in preparing presentations for project meetings and top management.
6. Conduct competitive analysis on retail and clienteling innovations.

1. Student in Engineering or Business School.
2. Fluent in French and English.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Interest in the luxury industry and customer experience & retail topics.

Ideally, a first experience in strategy/management consulting or luxury industry in retail/digital/CRM project management.

Student in Engineering or Business School.

Exposure to an international work environment and strategic/operational/tactical topics.
