Parfums Christian Dior International Trainer – Dior Spa
Parfums Christian Dior, a prestigious brand under the LVMH conglomerate, is renowned for its commitment to luxury and excellence in the beauty and wellness sectors. As part of its expansion, Dior Spa is seeking to enhance its global presence by opening new spa locations and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
- Monitor wellness innovations including techniques, machinery, accessories, and products.
- Collaborate on the creation of spa brochures and co-create treatment protocols with wellness experts and Dior Spa project leaders.
- Adapt Dior Spa treatment protocols for cabins and contribute to the development of professional products.
- Design and update training tools for spa techniques and offerings, and participate in the digitalization of training materials.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and remotely, and evaluate participants' progress.
- Collaborate with international training teams on product training and sales methods.
- Ensure regular quality checks in spas and support team skill development through personalized coaching.
- Identify future talent for Dior Spa and organize biannual seminars for therapists.
- Represent Dior Spa values to partners and participate in Dior Spa events and promotional activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in beauty therapy or spa management (BP, BTS, or CQP Spa practitioner).
- Proficiency in specific massage techniques and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in professional and commercial English.
- Ability to travel internationally frequently and for extended periods.
- Strong pedagogical skills.
- Solid knowledge of massage techniques and latest technologies.
- Exceptional technical skills and sense of touch.
- Excellent public speaking and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality spa standards (LQA, Forbes).
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Organizational and methodological skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant position, with expertise in luxury spa operations and training.
Diploma in beauty therapy or spa management (BP, BTS, or CQP Spa practitioner).
