Christian Dior International Retail Performance Assistant

- Monitor and analyze international retail performance metrics to assess customer experience.
- Conduct NPS analysis to track global results, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements for customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate mystery shopping campaign results, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and propose operational action plans to enhance in-store experience.
- Perform monthly clienteling performance analysis across markets/regions and support the development of clienteling workshops.
- Contribute to action plans aimed at improving the in-store customer experience.
- Provide operational support to international retail teams in deploying retail processes or initiatives, acting as a liaison between markets and IT support.
- Administer field surveys, including questionnaire drafting, study preparation, sampling, and execution of mystery studies, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Assist in creating impactful communication materials (presentations, communication tools, project deliverables) for internal teams and international markets.
- Prepare strategic presentations for top management and create internal communication materials to facilitate change management.
- Manage retail challenges, including communication of the annual clienteling challenge, performance tracking, result consolidation, and reward distribution to markets.
- Conduct active competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify retail innovations and best practices globally.
- Transform market trends into strategic recommendations aligned with company objectives.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, with ideally a first experience in strategy/management consulting or luxury industry in retail/digital/CRM project management.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- International experience is required.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to customer experience and retail topics.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel). Ideally, proficiency in Thinkcell and VBA.
