- Consolidate and analyze key retail performance indicators to evaluate customer experience.
- Monitor and interpret Net Promoter Score (NPS) results globally, highlighting trends and formulating actionable recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Examine mystery shopping campaign results, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and propose operational action plans to optimize in-store experience.
- Conduct monthly analyses of market/region performance in achieving clienteling objectives and support the organization of clienteling workshops.
- Contribute to action plans aimed at improving in-store customer experience.
- Provide operational support to international retail teams in deploying processes or initiatives, acting as a liaison with IT support.
- Administer field surveys, including questionnaire drafting, study setup, sample finalization, and execution of mystery studies, ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Assist in creating impactful communication materials (presentations, communication tools, project deliverables) for internal teams and international markets.
- Prepare strategic presentations for top management and create internal communication materials to drive change.
- Manage annual clienteling challenges, track performance, consolidate results, and distribute rewards to markets.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmarking to identify retail innovations and best practices globally, transforming market trends into strategic recommendations.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, ideally with initial experience in strategy/management consulting or luxury industry retail/digital/CRM project management.
- Fluent in French and English.
- International experience required.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Open-mindedness, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Interest in customer experience and retail topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; ideally familiar with Thinkcell and VBA.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some experience in strategy consulting or luxury retail projects.
Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School.
