Parfums Christian Dior International Retail Operations Store Project Manager

- Enhance retail operations and develop, maintain, and optimize the store handbook.
- Collaborate with regional and market managers, IT, Retail Education, Audit, Legal & Compliance Teams to ensure processes reflect current operational procedures and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Develop in-store retail operations tools and guidelines to open and run a point of sales.
- Create a centralized version of the Retail Store Handbook, standardizing store guidelines across regions.
- Conduct business performance analysis using Excel and Power BI.
- Support retail operation project manager in improving retail performance dashboards hosted on Power BI.
- Assist in the digitalization of retail points of sale, including the rollout of traffic counters and shift management tools.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail environment or consulting agency specializing in retail operations.
- Proven experience in business performance analysis within the retail industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to analyze, structure, and synthesize ideas.
- Strategic approach and business acumen with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retail practices and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent networking skills in a professional and intercultural context.
- Ability to innovate, introduce new ideas, and promote change.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 5 years in a retail environment or consulting agency specializing in retail operations, with experience in developing and implementing store handbooks or operational procedures.
