- Develop innovative, engaging, and immersive blended training packages for fragrance, aligning with market needs and supporting the fragrance marketing plan.
- Enhance the skills of Beauty Consultants from junior to expert level through structured fragrance career paths, focusing on sales artistry, expertise, services, and storytelling.
- Co-develop and co-facilitate international and regional training seminars.
- Support local training teams and collaborate with a global community of over 200 trainers.
- Focus on Dior's flagship fragrances and new product launches within the marketing plan.
- Deliver certifications for fragrance specialists and trainers internationally.
- Update training tools regularly to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Identify and collaborate with external partners to design programs aligned with the brand's messages and values.
- Co-develop blended training packages with other product lines.
- Engage the Beauty Consultant community through the digital training application.
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university education.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the fragrance industry, preferably in an international setting.
- Strong affinity for the fragrance industry, training, and retail, with a passion for the luxury sector.
- Dynamic, proactive, pragmatic, curious, flexible, and adaptable, with a collaborative spirit.
- Excellent storytelling and synthesis skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and software (Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, etc.).
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years in project management within the fragrance industry, ideally in an international context.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university education.
