1. Develop innovative and engaging blended training packages for fragrance, both online and offline, aligned with market needs.
2. Support the fragrance marketing plan by focusing on key fragrance pillars and new product launches.
3. Create career development pathways for Beauty Consultants, enhancing skills from junior to expert level in sales, expertise, services, and storytelling.
4. Co-develop and co-facilitate international and regional training seminars.
5. Support local training teams, collaborating with a global community of over 200 trainers.
6. Deliver certifications for fragrance specialists and trainers internationally.
7. Update training tools regularly to ensure they remain current and effective.
8. Identify and collaborate with external partners to design and implement programs that align with the brand's messages and values.
9. Animate the Beauty Consultants community through the digital training application.

1. Bachelor's degree (BAC+5) from a business school or equivalent university.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the fragrance industry, preferably in an international setting.

2. Dynamic, proactive, pragmatic, curious, flexible, and adaptable with a collaborative spirit.
3. Excellent storytelling and synthesis skills.
4. Proficient in IT tools (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop), digital platforms, and video editing.
5. Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is appreciated.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management within the fragrance industry, preferably in an international environment.
