- Define the annual media investment strategy and media mix in alignment with marketing and business priorities.
- Coordinate and ensure the implementation of strategic guidelines for the Asia region, including budget allocation by franchise, media, and performance metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for subsidiaries and media agencies within the region.
- Develop strong relationships with media owners to stay informed of the latest updates and innovations.
- Monitor and analyze competition across the region.
- Oversee budget coordination, consolidation, and analysis, managing the internal budget reporting tool.
- Prepare media presentations, business reviews, and three-year plans for the executive committee.
- Act as the media lead for a category across all regions, participating in briefings with Marketing Development and Operational teams to draft media guidelines.
- Interface and coordinate with Digital, PR, Finance, and Marketing teams within Parfums Christian Dior and LVMH Media Direction.
- Share best practices internally and with markets, testing new platforms, formats, purchasing modes, and targeting strategies.
- Implement and monitor studies on investment effectiveness, developing post-campaign insights with the data analytics team.
- Manage a media coordinator and an intern.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Media/Digital agencies and international media coordination within a brand, focusing on the Asia region.
- Expertise in Paid Digital media.
- Fluency in English.
- Team spirit and creativity.
- Adaptability and strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic insights.
- High level of rigor and agility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to the luxury sector.
