1. Coordinate the operational organization of international events, including Fashion Weeks and global launches, in collaboration with partner agencies.
2. Oversee stock management and product order tracking across all categories, including Perfumes, Makeup, and Skincare.
3. Plan and monitor the dispatch of giftings to subsidiaries and COMEX members.
4. Manage influencer selection processes by updating databases and maintaining the dedicated platform.
5. Support the execution of influence campaigns using internal tools, assisting project managers.
6. Develop, update, and analyze strategic reports for top management and international markets.
7. Collaborate closely with international subsidiaries to support the deployment of the global influence strategy.
8. Participate in drafting creative and strategic briefs for agencies and ensure project follow-through to completion.
9. Design and distribute the monthly influence newsletter to internal teams.
10. Conduct daily social media monitoring to identify new talents such as content creators, makeup artists, and photographers.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).
