- Assist the International E-Retail Project Manager in preparing for the 2026 skincare launches and tri-axis promotions such as Mother's Day, Summer, and Christmas.
- Coordinate and oversee the production and distribution of campaign materials to authorized distributor sites, collaborating with central digital and marketing teams.
- Conduct various analyses and monitoring: determine relevant KPIs for post-campaign analysis, competitive benchmarking, sharing best practices, and recommending innovations and improvements for Dior.
- Support the project manager in formalizing launch strategies: define the launch kit, validate with marketing development teams, and provide markets with associated content.
- Prepare and follow up on briefs with internal teams and external agencies: banners, emailing, landing pages, content pages, social media, product asset pages.
- Monitor the production of product packshot and gift set shoots.
- Manage operational requests from markets related to the animation plan and support specific activations.
- Assist the project manager in implementing and managing online purchasing assistance tools.
- Ensure the quality and brand image compliance of authorized e-retailer sites.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent program.
- Interest in digital and e-Business challenges, ideally with initial experience in the field.
- Organized, rigorous, proactive, and open-minded.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of CMS tools is highly appreciated.
