1. Analyze e-Retail performance and identify key challenges in the fragrance sector.
2. Develop 360-degree activations for priority launches and key commercial periods, such as Valentine's Day and Father's Day, while adhering to Dior's brand values and codes.
3. Maximize business potential for each launch and design launch kits.
4. Manage the global 360-degree approach and oversee the production of creative elements.
5. Ensure local market needs are met, including providing creative recommendations.
6. Conduct thorough market research on innovations, trends, and competition to propose high-value innovative action plans for Parfums Christian Dior.
7. Supervise an intern.

1. Master's degree from a business school or equivalent university program.
