1. Assist in organizing medium-sized internal events such as product launch activations and traditional celebrations.
2. Play a significant role in the organization of the annual internal event, Dior Day.
3. Engage in supplier prospecting and meetings to secure services and products that align with event needs, including innovative animations and catering.
4. Conduct competitive benchmarking and select service providers.
5. Manage the scheduling of collaborative spaces within the headquarters.

1. Enrollment in a business or communication school program, with a Bac +3 or +4 level of education.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Previous experience in an event agency or internal communication department, lasting at least 6 months.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for the luxury cosmetics sector and possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in event management or internal communications.

Pursuing a degree in business or communication, Bac +3 or +4 level.
