1. Participate in organizing medium-sized events, such as internal activations during product launches and celebrations like Catherinettes and Nicolas.
2. Play a significant role in the organization of the annual large-scale internal event, Dior Day.
3. Engage in prospecting and liaising with suppliers offering services or products tailored to our needs, including innovative goodies, animations, and unique catering options.
4. Conduct competitive benchmarking and source service providers.
5. Manage the scheduling of collaborative space reservations at the headquarters.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in business or communication, with a Bac +3 or +4 level.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Previous significant experience in the luxury or cosmetics sector is ideal.

1. Organizational prowess and adaptability.
2. Attention to detail and open-mindedness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Experience in event agency or internal communication service for at least 6 months.

Beginner level with a minimum of 6 months experience in an event agency or internal communication department.

Currently enrolled in a business or communication school with a Bac +3 or +4 level.
