Christian Dior Internal Communication Assistant

- Assist the Editorial Communication Manager in creating and deploying corporate communication materials, including newsletters, intranet articles, LinkedIn posts, and other internal communication formats.
- Contribute to the development of the overall editorial strategy and the construction of the annual editorial calendar based on brand and HR news.
- Propose innovative content creation ideas and define new channels to relay corporate news in both French and English.
- Participate in the creation of internal corporate communication materials such as internal magazines, corporate intranet, newsletters, emailings, video web series, and interviews.
- Support the development of external corporate strategy, including daily publications on the Parfums Christian Dior LinkedIn page and monthly analytics management.
- Involve in the production of editorial, video, and multimedia content, including briefing and project follow-up with external providers, participation in shoots, and logistical support.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new internal communication tool for Parfums Christian Dior.
- Provide support to the entire Corporate Communication team, consisting of five members, and engage in event-related and employer branding topics.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university Master's program with a specialization in Communication.
- Interest in Human Resources issues.
- Excellent writing and conceptualization skills with a strong graphic and visual sensitivity.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Curiosity about social media.
- Demonstrated reactivity and adaptability.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication or related field.
