1. Manage recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, including approximately 30 recruitments, from job postings to candidate selection.
2. Organize and participate in HR development and event activities such as induction seminars and networking events.
3. Facilitate communication within the intern and apprentice community via Microsoft Teams, creating dedicated content.
4. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by engaging with target schools and participating in events, forums, and visits.
5. Assist in managing HR projects, including process improvements and the Young Talents recruitment policy.

1. Currently enrolled in a Human Resources specialization program.
2. Previous experience in HR is preferred.

1. Strong organizational and priority management skills.
2. Proactive and adaptable with excellent communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
4. Fluency in French and English.

Entry-level experience in Human Resources, ideally with prior exposure to HR functions.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
