LVMH Beauty Tech serves as the dedicated IS/IT team for the Beauty Division of LVMH, a prestigious conglomerate renowned for its luxury goods. With a workforce exceeding 1,000 individuals across 27 countries, the team is committed to developing, operating, and supporting technological solutions that deliver value to each Maison. The division is known for its innovative and tailored technical solutions that address the unique challenges of each brand while leveraging a shared service model.

1. Assist in managing the team's activities.
2. Prepare and facilitate the project's roadmap for the division.
3. Organize and present at steering committees for business directors.
4. Communicate EMEA region activities to the Maisons and markets.
5. Establish and monitor KPIs for activity tracking.
6. Support the broader activities of the EMEA region in collaboration with the regional CIO.
7. Ensure follow-up on action plans from meetings.
8. Potentially oversee regional or local initiatives.

1. Strong pedagogical skills for formalizing support materials and recognized rigor for autonomous action tracking.
2. Adaptability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.

No prior experience required.

Enrollment in an academic program with an internship agreement is mandatory.
