Intern - PMO Front Office EMEA

LVMH Beauty Tech is the IS/IT team dedicated to the Beauty Division of LVMH, employing over 1000 people in 27 countries to build, operate, and support solutions that deliver value to each Maison. The team provides new technical and innovative solutions tailored to the challenges of the Maisons, following a shared model while considering their specificities.

1. Assist in managing the team's activities
2. Prepare and animate the project roadmap for the division
3. Prepare COPIL for business management
4. Communicate about the EMEA region's activities to the Maisons and markets
5. Establish KPIs for activity monitoring
6. Participate broadly in the EMEA region's activities, supporting the regional CIO
7. Ensure follow-up on action plans from meetings
8. Potentially manage regional or local initiatives

4. Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and oral)
