Parfums Christian Dior Intern - Global E-Concession Assistant Manager

- Lead the analysis and reporting of market intelligence, systematically working on online business reporting (weekly, quarterly reports) and translating performance into business insights.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of key campaigns (e.g., Chinese New Year, D11), monitor digital campaign orchestration, paid media, and new product launches via major e-concession platforms (Tmall, Kakao, Douyin, JD).
- Track beauty industry trends and perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Assist in managing the brand's boutique and digital campaigns on e-Concession platforms in collaboration with markets to generate top-tier online awareness and conversion, focusing primarily on Asian consumers.
- Participate in creating guidelines for new e-concession launch campaigns (landing page, product page, etc.).
- Support the e-concession manager in validating digital assets/campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of immersive and innovative experiences, testing and learning in collaboration with agencies and internal teams (marketing, data, CRM, etc.) across various functions and regions.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School with a specialization in Marketing, Data Sciences, or Business Analysis.
- First experience in E-business (e-retail, e-commerce, or social commerce), previous internship in digital consulting is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, meticulous, analytical, proactive, and open-minded.
- Seeking a responsible experience in a prestigious Maison, comfortable with interpersonal relationships.
- Fluency in Chinese, French, and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a passion for data mining.
- Familiarity with global digital innovation, SEM, and interest in beauty trends.
- Understanding of luxury brand best practices in the Asian digital ecosystem, including Tmall, JD, social networks (Line, KAKAO, Weibo, RED, Douyin, etc.), and international applications (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Beginner
Master's degree in progress in Business School with a focus on Marketing, Data Sciences, or Business Analysis.
