Intern - Business Analyst

- Create weekly and monthly reports on flagship and boutique performance for Retail and General Management in France.
- Monitor product launches and performance in the second half of 2024.
- Develop summary sheets on strategic sales points.
- Conduct monthly performance analysis of Direct to Customer sales points.
- Set and track sales challenge goals for field teams.
- Develop daily objectives and integrate them into planning tools for managers.
- Create management tools for Retail Managers and Flagship Managers.
- Participate in periodic meetings for Stand and Boutique Managers.
- Act as an operational liaison for sales teams regarding processes and specific needs.
- Support teams during strategic periods such as Summer, Back to School, and Christmas.
- Currently pursuing a degree from a business school.
- Passionate about cosmetics and luxury industries.
- Ideally, have prior experience in retail project management or as a Business Analyst.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Organized, curious, rigorous, and open-minded.
Entry-level, ideally with some experience in retail project management or business analysis.
Pursuing a BAC +4 or 5 level degree, ideally in a business-related field.
