Intellectual Property Legal Intern

1. Support the Intellectual Property Department in securing, protecting, and defending intellectual property rights.
2. Assist in the preparation of opposition files in France and abroad, including preliminary rights research and drafting of cease and desist letters.
3. Analyze and draft contracts and agreements related to copyright, neighboring rights, and confidentiality.
4. Prepare and follow up on pre-litigation and litigation files.
5. Support in managing the trademark portfolio and related administrative tasks.
6. Draft legal notes and conduct intellectual property research.
7. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts, particularly on social media and e-commerce platforms.

1. Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
