1. Assist in the preparation of opposition files for trademark cases in France and internationally, including preliminary rights searches, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and opposition briefs.
2. Analyze and draft contracts and agreements such as copyright assignments, neighboring rights, model releases, and confidentiality agreements.
3. Prepare and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files.
4. Support the management of the trademark portfolio and assist with administrative tasks related to trademarks, such as compiling evidence of use.
5. Draft legal notes and consultations, and conduct legal research in intellectual property.
6. Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts, particularly on social media and e-commerce platforms.

1. Enrollment in a relevant legal program with a focus on intellectual property law.

1. Strong analytical and research skills in intellectual property law.
2. Proficiency in legal drafting and contract analysis.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior professional experience is required, but a foundational understanding of intellectual property law is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property.
