Parfums Christian Dior Intellectual Property Legal Intern

- Assist in the preparation of opposition files for trademark cases in France and internationally, including preliminary rights searches, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and opposition briefs.
- Analyze and draft contracts and agreements such as copyright assignments, neighboring rights, model releases, and confidentiality agreements.
- Prepare and monitor pre-litigation and litigation files.
- Support the management of the trademark portfolio and assist with administrative tasks related to trademarks, such as compiling evidence of use.
- Draft legal notes and consultations, and conduct legal research in intellectual property.
- Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts, particularly on social media and e-commerce platforms.
- Enrollment in a relevant legal program with a focus on intellectual property law.
- Strong analytical and research skills in intellectual property law.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and contract analysis.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
No prior professional experience is required, but a foundational understanding of intellectual property law is essential.
Currently pursuing a degree in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property.
