Responsibilities
- Support the Intellectual Property Department in securing, protecting, and defending intellectual property rights.
- Assist in the preparation of opposition files in France and abroad, including preliminary rights research and drafting of cease and desist letters.
- Analyze and draft contracts and agreements related to copyright, neighboring rights, and confidentiality.
- Prepare and follow up on pre-litigation and litigation files.
- Support in managing the trademark portfolio and related administrative tasks.
- Draft legal notes and conduct intellectual property research.
- Participate in anti-counterfeiting efforts, particularly on social media and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant educational program.
Skills
- Strong understanding of trademark law and intellectual property rights.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract analysis and drafting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level position suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education Requirements
