1. Ensure product launches are secure through availability searches and strategy definition for name protection.
2. Manage a portfolio of trademarks, designs, and domain names in collaboration with operational teams and legal advisors.
3. Draft and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property and image rights, including coexistence, licenses, and ambassador agreements.
4. Handle pre-litigation and litigation in intellectual property, image rights, and unfair competition.
5. Validate promotional and advertising communications.
6. Provide awareness, support, and advice to operational teams on intellectual property projects.

1. Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Industrial Law.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a company or law firm.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Excellent command of legal databases (Corsearch, CompuMark, Darts, etc.).
2. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
3. Rigor and developed analytical, anticipatory, and adaptive abilities.
4. Good synthesis skills and understanding of business issues.
5. Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, and strong team player.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Industrial Law.
