Parfums Christian Dior Intellectual Property Lawyer

- Ensure the security of product launches through availability searches and the development of tailored strategies for the clearance and protection of names, creations, and innovations.
- Participate in managing a portfolio of trademarks, designs, models, and domain names in collaboration with operational teams, the trademark portfolio lawyer, and a network of attorneys and advisors.
- Draft and negotiate all contracts related to intellectual property rights and image rights, including coexistence agreements, licenses, assignments, ambassador contracts, model contracts, photographer contracts, film commission contracts, synchronization contracts, publishing contracts, development contracts, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Manage and oversee pre-litigation and litigation in intellectual property law, image rights, and unfair competition, both in prosecution and defense.
- Validate the Maison's promotional and advertising communications.
- Provide awareness, support, and advice to operational teams on all projects related to intellectual property.
- Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Industrial Law.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a company or law firm.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent command of legal databases such as Corsearch, CompuMark, and Darts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Rigorous with developed analytical, anticipatory, and adaptive capabilities.
- Strong synthesis skills and excellent understanding of business issues.
- Dynamic, autonomous, proactive, with strong team collaboration and cross-functional working abilities.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or within a law firm.
Master's degree in Intellectual Property or Industrial Law.
