1. Contribute to the development of the 'Professional Solutions' spa range, coordinating product development stages including formulation, packaging, and communication.
2. Lead the creation and adjustment of spa treatment menus in collaboration with Dior Spa experts, incorporating field feedback.
3. Participate in the conceptualization of spa experiences, integrating innovative technologies and executing the Dior Spa innovation plan.
4. Assist in the development and execution of 360° marketing activation plans for openings and launches, including press, digital, and events.
5. Ensure the follow-up and coordination of communication support development with agencies for launch plans.
6. Conduct market performance studies, analyze openings, and perform competitive intelligence using tools like NPD, Orion, and Beauty Research.
7. Support project managers and contribute to the preparation of presentations for top management.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business or equivalent, with a passion for luxury and cosmetics.
2. Ideally, 6 months of experience in product development.
