1. Oversee quality control within one of the four production units at the Orléans site.
2. Lead a team ensuring product compliance and quality for new launches and catalog products.
3. Conduct risk analysis to ensure quality control in terms of safety and desirability.
4. Define specifications and aesthetic standards.
5. Train producers in self-monitoring techniques.
6. Coordinate incident and deviation management processes, leveraging laboratories and quality assurance experts.
7. Drive quality performance within the production unit.
8. Act as a liaison for Quality Assurance to manage the Quality Management System through continuous improvement projects.
9. Plan team activities, set objectives, and develop competencies.
10. Manage recruitment, modernize tools, and streamline processes.
11. Cultivate and promote a Quality culture in collaboration with the plant's executive committee.
12. Engage with various departments including LVMH Research, Industrialization, Manufacturing, Packaging Development, and Quality sectors.

1. Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a demanding industrial environment.

1. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in problem-solving tools and office software.
4. Interest in new technologies such as AI, BI, and cloud platforms.
5. Ability to synthesize and analyze information rigorously.

A minimum of 5 years in a demanding industrial setting, with proven expertise in production, industrialization, and chemistry.

Engineering degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Packaging, or equivalent.
