1. Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform repair interventions with the assistance of technicians and operators.
2. Conduct maintenance on electromechanical, pneumatic, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
3. Utilize maintenance software tools (MES – GMAO) for diagnostic support.
4. Verify and analyze the outcomes of maintenance interventions.
5. Engage in multi-technical projects on industrial equipment and processes.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes.

1. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program in Industrial Maintenance, Systems, or Equipment.

3. Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to challenges.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Enthusiasm for teamwork and fieldwork.

Prior experience in a maintenance department through an internship or apprenticeship, with exposure to mechanical and production environments.

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
