1. Benchmark best practices from other production units such as Perfume, Powders & Lipsticks, and Cosmetics Manufacturing.
2. Conduct a comprehensive assessment to identify dysfunctions and leverage points.
3. Develop a roadmap for fundamental standards addressing safety, business, and human challenges.
4. Lead continuous improvement projects including SMED, 5S, and flow optimization.
5. Participate in daily performance improvement routines to identify business processes for optimization or creation.
6. Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators for the Methods activity to evaluate action effectiveness.
7. Coordinate teams to implement standards ensuring practice uniformity within the production unit.
8. Raise awareness among teams about deployed evolutions to ensure solution sustainability.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, specializing in Industrial Engineering or Production Flow Management.
2. Recognized for strong proposal skills, curiosity, and communication abilities both written and oral.

Pursuing a degree in engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering or Production Flow Management.
