- Contribute to the development of the production unit's fundamental standards roadmap, focusing on safety, quality, performance, and human factors.
- Lead or co-lead continuous improvement projects (such as SMED, 5S, flow optimization) to enhance operational performance.
- Actively participate in daily performance monitoring routines and identify business processes to standardize, optimize, or create.
- Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators related to Methods activities, ensuring their reliability and regular updates.
- Coordinate teams involved in implementing standards to ensure consistency and uniformity of practices within the unit.
- Currently enrolled in a general or specialized engineering school with a focus on production or continuous improvement.
- Seeking a final-year internship of six months.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
