1. Support the HR team in implementing key organizational projects during a period of transformation both in France and internationally.
2. Participate in the post-phase of the LVMH Group's employee engagement survey ('Pulse Survey') by conducting in-depth analysis of results specific to LVMH Beauty Tech.
3. Define and execute the communication plan for survey results.
4. Develop and monitor action plans derived from the survey in collaboration with managers.
5. Continue to build a global headcount reporting process and tool.
6. Contribute to internal communication initiatives within LVMH Beauty Tech, including intranet, newsletters, and townhall meetings.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in HR, project management, organizational management, or data analysis.
2. Previous experience, ideally in a consulting or audit firm within an international environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
4. Strong organizational, dynamic, and analytical skills.

Entry-level experience, preferably in consulting or audit in an international context.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
