1. Serve as the primary HR contact for Boutique & Wholesale Retail Teams and the broader PCD organization as needed.
2. Lead HR strategies and act as HR Project Manager for new boutique locations in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner.
3. Provide comprehensive HR support for new boutique openings and other key transformation areas, ensuring seamless and consistent practices.
4. Act as a liaison between field/retail population and corporate teams.
5. Ensure precise and timely execution of HR operations.
6. Provide comprehensive HR support, ensuring compliance with Federal and State laws.
7. Align policies and practices to support a diverse employee population and inclusive work culture.
8. Advise, mentor, and guide people leaders to develop positive employee engagement capability and leadership skills.
9. Serve as the labor relations subject matter expert in consultations with HRBPs, Employee Relations, Legal, and business leaders.
10. Participate in the development of policy and procedure guidelines as needed.
11. Provide consultation, guidance, and coaching to retail teams to manage and resolve employee relations issues.
12. Conduct internal investigations in response to employee complaints.
13. Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations; analyze trends and recommend solutions.
14. Manage all retail/field internal employee communications.
15. Draw conclusions and recommendations based on HR data trends.
16. Identify talent risks and support in securing a healthy talent pipeline for Boutique & Wholesale Retail teams.
17. Manage retail recruiting needs in partnership with the Talent Team.
18. Assist with development and implementation of HR programs to source, recruit, hire, develop, and train management associates.
19. Lead new store opening recruitment strategies in partnership with the business and Talent Acquisition team.
20. Partner with cross-functional HR teams to optimize an onboarding program for the Retail population.
21. Help coach, create, and design content of performance reviews, objectives, and developmental stretch assignments.
22. Support mobility process for employees in partnership with the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Team.
23. Elevate employee engagement and create an exceptional employee experience that reflects luxury standards.
24. Conduct regular pulse checks and employee surveys, analyze results, and propose key initiatives based on feedback.

1. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently.
3. Strong business acumen.

A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury retail sector across the full HR spectrum, including performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, and labor relations.
