Christian Dior Human Resources Manager

1. Serve as HR Business Partner for Operations & Manufacturing and Digital, Omnichannel & Client departments, advising on organization design, HR processes, and employee journeys.
2. Lead talent acquisition efforts, managing full-cycle recruitment for permanent roles and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
3. Drive global mobility processes, ensuring alignment with LVMH's culture of development and mobility.
4. Oversee performance management and HRIS data quality, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across systems.

1. Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
