- Manage and support employees, ensuring all HR topics within the scope are covered.
- Maintain a strong presence on the ground and contribute to resolving team issues.
- Manage a local HR coordinator.
- Be part of the managerial team for the production units.
- Oversee recruitment and mobility processes, including needs assessment, selection, interviews, contract validation, and integration.
- Prepare and lead annual team reviews.
- Support managers in daily decision-making, ensuring compliance with HR rules and procedures.
- Regularly communicate with elected representatives and foster a constructive climate.
- Advise and support managers in managing social relations.
- Participate in the construction and monitoring of HR budgets for industrial teams.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects (HR or business-related).
- Bachelor's degree +5 in HR from a business school, HR school, or equivalent university education, particularly in social law.
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR generalist in an industrial environment.
- Strong HR generalist skills including management support, recruitment, training, performance development, social management control, and time management.
- Recognized HR partner with strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Decision-making ability, organizational skills, result orientation, curiosity, and teamwork.
Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR generalist in an industrial environment.
Bachelor's degree +5 in HR from a business school, HR school, or equivalent university education, particularly in social law.
