Parfums Christian Dior Human Resources Manager - Industrial Functions

- Oversee and support HR functions for multiple Production Units within the Industrial Directorate at Campus Dior Orléans.
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the assigned scope, encompassing 350-400 employees.
- Facilitate organizational optimization and change management in collaboration with unit managers.
- Ensure strong field presence to address team challenges and provide solutions.
- Manage a local HR Coordinator and participate in the managerial team of the Production Units.
- Lead recruitment and mobility processes, including needs assessment, selection, interviews, contract validation, and integration.
- Prepare and conduct annual team reviews.
- Advise managers on daily decision-making, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Foster constructive social relations and engage with elected representatives.
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of HR budgets for industrial teams.
- Participate in or lead cross-functional projects (HR or business-related).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience as an HR generalist in an industrial setting.
- Strong HR generalist skills including management support, recruitment, training, performance development, social law, and time management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain constructive social relations.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on industrial environments.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent from a prestigious business school or university, with a focus on social law.
