1. Ensure strong on-site presence and address team concerns effectively.
2. Manage a team of two HR coordinators.
3. Participate in the site's management team, reporting hierarchically to the Industrial HR Director and functionally to the site director.
4. Monitor absenteeism and propose corrective and preventive solutions in collaboration with occupational health management.
5. Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, including needs assessment, selection, interviews, and contract validation.
6. Conduct integration follow-ups.
7. Prepare and facilitate the annual personnel review for OE/TAM.
8. Support career development and mobility initiatives.
9. Advise managers on daily HR decisions, ensuring compliance with all HR rules and procedures.
10. Engage regularly with elected representatives and prepare for Works Council meetings.
11. Guide managers in managing social relations.
12. Lead and actively participate in the construction of the HR budget for the site.
13. Contribute to site development projects.

1. 5 to 8 years of experience as an HR generalist in an industrial environment.
