1. Participate actively in the recruitment and integration processes for temporary staff, including candidate selection and conducting interviews.
2. Co-lead recruitment efforts for interns and apprentices within the designated area.
3. Engage in forums and collaborate with recruitment teams.
4. Assist in internal mobility processes, including job description updates and conducting interviews.
5. Collaborate with the Health and Safety department to promote a safe working environment and participate in HSE projects as needed.
6. Contribute to internal communication efforts, including drafting and disseminating information to employees.
7. Support HR administrative tasks, including managing employee contracts and records.
8. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they understand their roles and company culture.
9. Collect and prepare data for HR metrics reports, such as absenteeism rates.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within an industrial setting.
