4. Assist in operational HR tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining candidate databases.
5. Support HR development initiatives, including training plans and internal communication campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 months experience in HR or recruitment.
3. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
