1. Monitor and communicate the deployment of the training plan to HR team and managers.
2. Propose and structure training initiatives, acting as a liaison on-site.
3. Enhance existing career paths and contribute to skill development in collaboration with the training team and operational staff.
4. Actively participate in the recruitment plan for interns and apprentices, from drafting job postings to onboarding.
5. Organize and facilitate site visits for partner schools.
6. Support the implementation of intern and apprentice campaigns, contributing to their journey through events and actions.
7. Create internal and external content to highlight HR and business activities at the Chartres site.
8. Assist in organizing internal events and support communication campaigns for employees.
9. Engage in CSR and QVCT initiatives to unify teams.
10. Aid in implementing new tools/processes/performance indicators and monitor the HR budget.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a demanding industrial HR environment.
