Parfums Christian Dior Human Resources Assistant

- Support the Human Resources Department in Brand and Creation, encompassing Marketing Development, International Communication, Merchandising & Architecture, Media, and Planning.
- Manage the complete recruitment process for internships and apprenticeships, including needs assessment, job posting, CV selection, interviews, and contract formalization.
- Assist HR Managers in executing recruitment plans for permanent and temporary positions, enhancing the candidate experience.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, representing Parfums Christian Dior.
- Contribute to the engagement of the intern and apprentice community through organizing integration days, retail visits, and product training sessions.
- Gather training needs and implement training programs in collaboration with HR teams and managers.
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee follow-up, including contracts and integration processes.
- Support the implementation of HR processes and projects related to talent management and skill development.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in HR.
- Previous significant experience in HR through internships or apprenticeships.
- Strong service orientation, adaptability, interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
- Motivation to learn and thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Fluent in English.
A foundational experience in Human Resources is required, ideally through previous internships or apprenticeships.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent with HR specialization.
