1. Assist HR Managers in executing various HR lifecycle tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
2. Draft and publish job advertisements, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assist in building a candidate pool.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing arrival notes and monitoring integration paths based on contract types.
4. Support HR development by tracking the implementation of training plans for employees.
5. Participate in HR project management, including organizational planning, succession planning, and process improvement initiatives.
6. Contribute to internal HR communication campaigns, such as training plan launches and annual reviews.
7. Collaborate with payroll managers and personnel administration to maintain employee records and update internal databases.
8. Assist employees with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Interest in HR topics and processes.

5. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in human resources or related fields is required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
