1. Support the Next Gen Program Manager in implementing the Graduate Program.
2. Assist in planning and organizing the selection and integration process for young professionals, including VIE.
3. Contribute to the redesign of the VIE program to enhance employee experience and engagement.
4. Coordinate events and deploy a toolkit for regional career management programs.
5. Participate in international change management campaigns, proposing tools and formats to enhance impact.
6. Work closely with the Global Career Management Project Manager to organize events and communication campaigns globally.
7. Propose and track KPIs to measure participation and outcomes of initiatives.
8. Support the organization of exploratory meetings with LVMH internal talents for the Global Annual Organization Review.
9. Assist the Head of Organization Design & Career Management in coordinating career meetings and international sessions.
10. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards on Power BI for career management KPIs.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and/or project management.
