- Assist in recruitment across various roles and contract types within the subsidiary, including retail, marketing, and commerce.
- Publish job listings on the career site and other platforms.
- Participate in manager briefings and conduct telephone interviews independently.
- Identify and engage with potential candidates through professional networks such as LinkedIn.
- Develop and manage talent pools for future hiring needs.
- Monitor key performance indicators for the recruitment process.
- Create and track hiring requests and contract creation.
- Draft employment offers, HR correspondence, and various attestations.
- Coordinate with IT for onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment management.
- Update and maintain workforce movement records.
- Manage HR projects autonomously based on the recruited profile and desired career path.
- Support HR Managers with cross-functional HR projects.
- Prepare HR presentations for seminars and update organizational charts and directories.
- Propose internal communication strategies for HR initiatives.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources from a business school, HR school, or equivalent university program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Organized, meticulous, dynamic, and eager to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Recognized for versatility, proactivity, and initiative.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.

Previous experience in a Human Resources department or in a field-related role is appreciated.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
The internship offers a comprehensive integration experience, including training modules on Dior's heritage, products, and processes. Interns will engage with young talents across departments, receive HR coaching, and develop a business project to present to top management. Social events such as lunches and after-work gatherings are also part of the experience.
