1. Support the Human Resources Department in the Brand and Creation division, including Marketing Development, International Communication, Merchandising & Architecture, Media, and Planning.
2. Manage the complete recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including needs assessment, job posting, CV selection, interviews, and contract formalization.
3. Assist HR Managers in executing recruitment plans for permanent and temporary positions, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, and enhancing the candidate experience.
4. Organize and participate in internal and external recruitment events, representing Parfums Christian Dior.
5. Contribute to the engagement of the intern and apprentice community through organizing integration days, retail visits, and product training.
6. Support the implementation of various HR processes and projects related to talent management.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or equivalent university program with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Bachelor's degree level 4 or 5 (equivalent to a Master's degree).
3. Prior significant experience in HR through internships or apprenticeships.

Candidates should have beginner-level experience, ideally through prior internships or apprenticeships in Human Resources.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources at a recognized institution.
