1. Support the Next Gen Program Manager in implementing the Graduate Program.
2. Assist in planning and organizing the selection and integration process for VIE participants.
3. Contribute to the redesign of the VIE program to enhance employee experience and engagement.
4. Coordinate events and support the deployment of a career management toolkit for regional launches.
5. Participate in international change management initiatives, proposing tools and formats to enhance impact.
6. Work closely with the Global Career Management Project Manager on planning and executing events and communication campaigns.
7. Propose tools and track KPIs to measure participation and outcomes of initiatives.
8. Support the organization of exploratory meetings with LVMH internal talents for the Global Annual Organization Review.
9. Assist the Head of Organization Design & Career Management in coordinating career meetings and international sessions.
10. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards on Power BI to track Career Management KPIs.

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and/or project management.
