1. Maintain and support user data updates across multiple platforms such as SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, SAP, AllShare, and Chronotime, dedicating 50% of time to these tasks.
2. Lead improvement projects by identifying needs, defining target processes, conducting technical-functional evaluations, and overseeing technical teams, dedicating 50% of time to these initiatives.
3. Facilitate change management with HR partners through effective listening, communication, patience, and persuasive skills.
4. Conduct technological watch on HRIS market trends and new functionalities to propose potential system improvements.
