Christian Dior HRIS Project Assistant

1. Provide technical and functional support to users to ensure mastery of tools, compliance with HR processes, and data integrity.
2. Actively participate in the implementation of updates and integration of new features within the HRIS.
3. Maintain the operational conditions of the HRIS application suite and oversee inter-solution flows.
4. Manage and resolve HR user support requests with responsiveness and accuracy.
5. Collaborate on continuous improvement projects for the existing HRIS and contribute to the implementation of the Beauty Division's Core HR.
6. Monitor and analyze data quality indicators to ensure consistency across HRIS solutions.
7. Design and disseminate educational content to facilitate the adoption of HRIS tools.
8. Conduct training sessions for various HR users.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/HRIS.
2. Proactive with strong writing skills and analytical mindset.
3. Interest in innovation and digital transformation.
4. Familiarity with HR data and HR Information Systems.
5. Experience with employee data, positions, and/or organizational charts.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint, Open Office).
7. Fluent in English.
8. Knowledge of HRIS application administration is a plus.
