HR Process Manager

- Lead the personnel administration team, consisting of two HR managers responsible for contracts, administrative onboarding, and pre-employment declarations.
- Implement the major project of integrating Payroll France with Core HR, including process definition, API setup, contract generation, testing, and change management.
- Manage and monitor incoming/outgoing flows, access rights, GDPR archiving, HR requests, data exploitation, and template maintenance.
- Drive strategic projects related to payroll, time management, and administrative management in collaboration with HR and management teams.
- Train new and existing HR staff on company processes to ensure skill development and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with the HR rules guide governing internal fundamentals.
- Produce necessary reports and analyses for operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources
- Minimum 10 years of experience in demanding process environments
- Experience in project management or consultancy in payroll and time management
- Experience in implementing or migrating an HRIS
- Knowledge of the Chemical Industries Collective Agreement
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

- Proficiency in SAP HR, PeopleDoc, SuccessFactors, VBA, M, and DAX
At least 10 years of experience in demanding process environments, ideally in project management or consultancy roles related to payroll and time management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources
