Parfums Christian Dior HR Process Manager

- Lead the personnel administration team, overseeing two HR managers responsible for employment contracts, onboarding, and pre-employment declarations.
- Implement the major Beauty Division project by integrating Payroll France with Core HR, involving process definition, API setup, contract generation, testing, and change management.
- Manage the ongoing operational activities, including data flow monitoring, access rights, GDPR archiving, and HR request handling.
- Drive strategic projects related to payroll, time management, and administrative management in collaboration with HR and managerial teams.
- Train new and existing HR staff on company processes to ensure skill development and competency maintenance.
- Maintain and enforce the HR rules guide, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
- Produce necessary reports and analyses to support operational efficiency and meet organizational needs.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in demanding process environments, ideally in project management or consultancy roles in Payroll and Time Management.
- Experience in implementing or migrating HRIS systems is highly valued.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Chemical Industry Collective Agreement.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities for data processing.
- Proven responsibility, adaptability, and proactivity.
- Recognized communication skills and strategic vision.
- Proficiency in SAP HR, PeopleDoc, SuccessFactors, and programming languages such as VBA, M, and DAX.
A minimum of 10 years in high-demand process environments, with a focus on project management or consultancy in payroll and time management.
Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
