1. Lead the personnel administration team, overseeing two HR managers responsible for employment contracts, onboarding, and pre-employment declarations.
2. Implement the major Beauty Division project by integrating Payroll France with Core HR, including process definition, API setup, contract generation, testing, and change management.
3. Manage the ongoing operations resulting from the integration, including data flow management, access rights, GDPR compliance, and HR request processing.
4. Drive strategic projects related to payroll, time management, and administrative management in collaboration with HR and management teams.
5. Train new and existing HR staff on company processes to ensure skill development and retention.
6. Uphold and enforce the HR rules guide, ensuring adherence to internal standards.
7. Produce necessary reports and analyses to support operational needs and decision-making.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. At least 10 years of experience in demanding process environments, ideally in project management or consultancy roles within payroll and time management.

1. Expertise in HRIS implementation or migration.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Chemical Industries Collective Agreement.
3. Strong analytical and data processing skills.
4. Proficiency in SAP HR, PeopleDoc, SuccessFactors, and programming languages such as VBA, M, and DAX.
5. Excellent communication and strategic vision capabilities.

A minimum of 10 years in roles involving project management or consultancy in payroll and time management, with significant experience in HRIS implementation or migration.

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
