1. Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities for interns, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs.
2. Post positions, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
3. Coordinate the onboarding process for interns.
4. Serve as the primary contact for interns, addressing questions and concerns.
5. Conduct follow-ups with interns at various stages of their internship.
6. Gather and analyze feedback from interns regarding their experiences.
7. Implement strategies to enhance diversity and inclusion within the intern community.
8. Support internal communication and company events, including CSR projects.
9. Assist in creating new employee handbooks.
10. Ensure completion of compulsory modules in Dior Learning and follow up on training sessions.
11. Create, update, and archive employee files and data, including HR documents and policies.
12. Update organizational charts for PCD Nordics on a monthly basis.
13. Coordinate office management tasks.

1. Bachelor's or Master's student majoring in HR or Business Administration.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.

2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Beginner level experience in HR or related fields is required.
