Parfums Christian Dior HR Generalist

- Partner with local senior management to address HR needs.
- Handle employee requests and queries regularly.
- Manage and maintain employee files and documentation.
- Prepare various HR documents including contracts and agreements.
- Update employee records in the Enova system.
- Ensure internal HR systems are current and accurate.
- Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
- Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff costs.
- Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation across multiple countries.
- Prepare data for annual compensation budgets.
- Provide data for HR audits in the CEE region.
- Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
- Liaise with the regional HR Director to align with international HR standards.
- Create a network in the market and represent company values.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced multinational environment.
- Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system.
- Proficiency in business English for daily use.
- Relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
- Digital proficiency, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Enova software.
- Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is advantageous.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational company.
