1. Partner with local senior management to address HR needs.
2. Handle employee requests and queries regularly.
3. Manage and maintain employee files and documentation.
4. Prepare various HR documents including contracts and agreements.
5. Update employee records in the Enova system.
6. Ensure internal HR systems are current and accurate.
7. Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
8. Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews.
9. Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff costs.
10. Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation across multiple countries.
11. Prepare data for annual compensation budgets.
12. Provide data for HR audits in the CEE region.
13. Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
14. Liaise with the regional HR Director to align with international HR standards.
15. Create a network in the market and represent company values.

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced multinational environment.
2. Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code and Enova system.
3. Proficiency in business English for daily use.

1. Relationship-building and interpersonal skills across all hierarchical levels.
2. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders' interests.
3. Digital proficiency, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel.
4. Familiarity with Enova software.
5. Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role within a multinational company.
