HR Generalist

LVMH Beauty is part of the LVMH Group, a leader in the luxury industry with a portfolio of over 75 distinguished Houses. LVMH Beauty Eastern Europe oversees operations in countries including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

1. Partner with local senior management.
2. Handle employee requests and queries.
3. Manage employee files and documentation.
4. Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation.
5. Enter and update employee records in the Enova system.
6. Maintain internal HR systems.
7. Oversee occupational medicine exams and OHS trainings.
8. Manage employee-exit processes.
9. Prepare corporate reports on headcount and staff cost evolution.
10. Assist in payroll preparation and reconciliation.
11. Prepare data for annual compensation budget.
12. Provide data for HR audit processes.
13. Monitor changes in local legal regulations.
14. Liaise with the regional HR Director.
15. Create a relevant network in the market.

1. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
2. Practical knowledge of the Polish Labour Code.
3. Knowledge of Enova software is a must.
4. Business English language proficiency.

1. Relationship building and interaction at all hierarchical levels.
2. Ability to prioritize and balance different interests.
3. Digital savvy with very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
4. Understanding of the luxury consumer goods environment is an advantage.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational company.
