1. Lead the CoreHR Program to standardize and optimize HRIS processes across the Beauty Division.
2. Ensure coherence, scalability, and strategic alignment of the HR Core Model and HRIS service catalog.
3. Act as the primary liaison between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders.
4. Oversee all HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
5. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
6. Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
7. Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
8. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CoreHR program.
9. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications.
10. Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
11. Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.

1. 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.

2. Strong communication skills with business and technical teams.
3. Autonomous and proactive project management.
4. Fluency in English and French.

Minimum of 10 years in HRIS project management or consulting, focusing on large-scale HR transformation programs.

The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Occasional international travel may be required.
