Christian Dior HR Controlling Analyst

1. Maintain key monthly HR reporting packages to support Finance & Accounting tasks.
2. Validate and submit accurate monthly staff costs, headcount, FTE, and turnover calculations for North America division entities.
3. Collaborate with Finance partners to analyze monthly staff cost forecasts against actual P&L labor expenses to explain variances and identify risks or opportunities.
4. Prepare monthly recurring GL entries and accruals to support the Accounting Team and EOM closing process.
5. Partner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure alignment of payroll and employee data across systems.
6. Assist with process improvement projects to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

1. 0-3 years of experience in a related field.
2. Background in Finance and/or Accounting is preferred.

1. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
2. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
3. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
4. Collaborative and creative mindset.
5. Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with HRIS, payroll, or BI/reporting tools is a plus.

Beginner level experience, ideally 0-3 years in finance, accounting, or a related field.

$30-$35/hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
