- Manage all HR matters for assigned brands, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, development, legal, health management, offboarding, and employee retention for both internal and external teams.
- Serve as the primary contact and strategic partner for General Management and managers on all HR-related topics.
- Support HR controlling in annual salary and budget processes.
- Continuously improve processes and lead new work methods and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee various HR projects.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters to adapt global projects and initiatives for local audiences.
- Successful completion of a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in the FMCG or retail sectors.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Knowledge of the latest recruiting trends and employer branding strategies.
- Innovative mindset with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- People-oriented, open personality capable of collaborating with diverse individuals.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Organized, proactive, and self-reliant with a strong work ethic.
- Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the FMCG or retail industries.
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
