1. Actively participate in the recruitment process for interns for the second semester of 2026, including sourcing, pre-selection, conducting phone interviews, organizing interviews, making offers, and onboarding.
2. Contribute to strategic recruitment projects, such as training managers in interview techniques, developing new sourcing approaches, and participating in recruitment events.
3. Continue developing a global workforce reporting process and tool.
4. Support key HR initiatives related to Talent Development policies and the harmonization and documentation of HR processes.
5. Participate in implementing initiatives to enhance internal communication, including newsletters, townhalls, and internal events.
6. Propose new HR communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or Organizational Management.
2. First experience in HR, recruitment, or consulting, ideally in an international environment.

1. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
3. Proactive, organized, and rigorous with strong analytical skills.

Entry-level experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in an international setting.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Project Management, or Organizational Management.

Gratification between €1500 and €1650, depending on the level of study.
