1. Lead the CoreHR program, ensuring alignment with HR business needs and IT strategy.
2. Define and implement a scalable HRIS Core Model, integrating best practices.
3. Act as the liaison between HRIS business process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders.
4. Oversee HRIS-related application projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
5. Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners, including consultants and development teams.
6. Ensure integration and interoperability of HRIS solutions with other IT platforms.
7. Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks related to project execution and system implementation.
8. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CoreHR program.
9. Oversee maintenance and continuous improvement of HR applications.
10. Manage external service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
11. Oversee level 2 support for critical HR applications.

1. 15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
2. Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS system integrations.
3. Experience in international, multi-brand, and multi-entity environments.

1. Strong leadership and communication skills.
2. Ability to engage with both business and technical teams.
3. Autonomous and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects.
4. Fluency in English and French.

Minimum 10 years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting, focusing on large-scale HR transformation programs.

Permanent position with opportunities for occasional international travel. Hybrid working model in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
